Bio - MILENA ABU GHANNAM

Greetings, delegates! I’m Milena Abu Ghannam, and for ROSMUN Amman 2026 I am thrilled to be serving as one of the chairs for the Environment Committee. MUN has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life, teaching me how to speak up, think critically, and see the world from different perspectives. My journey began in 2022 when I joined ROSMUN as an admin, inspired by the confidence of the student officers and determined to make an impact myself. Since then, I’ve taken part in many conferences locally and internationally as an admin, delegate, and chair, gaining leadership skills and a deeper understanding of global issues.

For this conference, i hope to be able to create a space where every one of you feels confident, heard, and ready to engage in meaningful debate. ROSMUN is more than a simulation it’s a place to grow, meet new people, and challenge yourselves. I can’t wait to see the energy and creativity you bring, your perspectives will surely enrich our discussions!
